Goals
- Port Liquid Prep application to container and deliver with Open Horizon
- Onboard Liquid Prep sensor with Edge Node so data can be sent to Edge Node for analytics
- Deliver machine learning to Edge Node
- Show data being processed on Edge Node
- Supports multiple sensors and sensor types with Liquid Prep/dashboard
- Supports Wifi, LoRaWan, Bluetooth?
Background and strategic fit
Our goals are to provide an easy to deploy and use sustainable farming solution with Edge Computing for the farmers who are facing challenges in producing crops efficiently due to lack of water supply and climate changes. The same solution could also be adapted by farmers who are interested in digital transformation enhance their current processes.
Assumptions
- Our users are not technically inclined
- Requires no technical skills to employ our solution
- User friendly UI
- Users will be able to access the app on any devices that supports modern browsers(Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Samsung...)
- Users will be able to access historical and time series data
