In various situations the EdgeX Home Edge Project TSC shall hold a vote. These votes can happen on the phone, email, or via a voting service, when appropriate. TSC members can either respond "agree, yes, +1", "disagree, no, -1", or "abstain". Decisions by vote at a meeting require a majority vote, provided quorum is met, based on the charter (see 3(c)). Working Groups

Working Groups of the Home Edge Project will be established and announced after the seed code will be published by the end of 1st half in 2019.
