Proposal

Our current DevOps person within the project has moved on to advance his education and we now have a new DevOps person that will start working with the project this week., Mohit Tomer. In order for him to do this we need to get him access to the Fledge repositories. I would therefore like to propose a we grant Mohit’s GitHub identify, Mohit04tomar, the same level of access of the previous incumbent, Yash Tatkondawar. Following the rules of the project we need a majority TSC vote to enable this.

Add new committer to all fledge-iot repositories. A proposal to add Ashwini Sinha, GitHub username Innovative-Ashwin as a new committer on all the fledge-iot repositories. Ashwini is a new member of staff at nerdAppLabs, India.

Proposal

Add three new voting members to the Fledge TSC. The candidates are; 

• Robert Raesemann - Rob is an independent contractor with many years experience working with industrial historians and was an early adopter of Fledge. He was contributed a number of plugins to Fledge and is responsible for a number of Fledge installations in production use.
• Mike Styer - Mike works for Google and has been instrumental in the Google contributions to Fledge. He has worked with us to spread knowledge regarding Fledge both within Google and to partners of Google. Mike has also been heavily involved in the adoption of machine learning techniques with Fledge, based on the TensorFlow platform.
• Benoit Jeanson - Benoit works for RTE and is instrumental in the FledgePower project which is run under the umbrella of the Linux Foundation Energy group. RTE and FledgePower have contributed plugins to Fledge and also worked with us on the Fledge roadmap.

As we are likely to be loosing three existing members the proposal is to vote unblock to add these new members

Add Akli Rahmoun, username aklira, from RTE as a committer to the Fledge IEC plugins; fledge-south-iec104, fledge-south-iec61850 and fledge-north-iec104.

RTE have donated these plugins and Akli is currently working on fledge-north-iec104
