Voting on Issues
In various situations the Nexoedge TSC shall hold a vote. These votes can happen on email or via a voting service, when appropriate. TSC members can either respond "agree, yes, +1", "disagree, no, -1", or "abstain". Decisions by vote at a meeting require a majority vote, provided quorum is met. An abstain vote equals not voting at all.
Meeting Time
TSC meetings are open to the public. TSC meetings are monthly on the first Sat 7am CST (Fri 4pm PDT or Fri 7pm EDT) every month.
