Announcement and Issues

• Created GitHub Project for adding a new feature.  Let's see if this makes us more productive, and if it should be extended to all new cross-repo features.
• I'm inviting technical leaders to come speak to RCOS students for 5-10 minutes about what they do.  If you know of any STSMs, DEs, VPs, or Fellows that we'd like to get involved in Open Horizon and might be willing to engage with the RCOS students, please let me know.
• Since last TAC meeting, there's a lot of discussion about potential ways to integrate ChatGPT as a Service on the edge, and thinking about how to extent aspects of it to run disconnected on constrained devices.  Let me know if you have any thoughts on those topics, or jump into the discussion on the TAC mailing list.
