The work for deploying and verifying SEBA on ARM has resulted in the need for a baremetal POD. Since we don't have special HW requirements, like the REC Blueprint, this POD should be enough for the purpose of deploying, verifying and other development work for SEBA on arm64 servers.
The end goal is to have this POD running CI jobs in jenkins.akraino.org. For now we need to acertain whether the networking configuration allows deploying IEC Type2 and then SEBA.
