- Met w/Fawad Shaikh (ex Akamai, Instart Logic) now with Candle.dev to discuss their NanoBus, WASMflow, ApexLang, and WasmRS technology (all MGPL licensed) and the potential to use it to build edge serverless and WASM containers. Their
Explicit Architecture approach (now being used by Netflix) seems quite easy to grasp and extend, and makes product development nimble. Also potential to contribute some of the above as LF Edge project. - Hakan Sonmez (Chair, State of the Edge) has announced 2023 workstream start. Initial meeting February 1. Does anyone want to be a reviewer?
- charisse lu has ported the Agent to s390x/RHEL 8.7 and confirmed workload agreement. Maybe we can get a cluster agent next?
